Bumbo seat

I know bumbo seats are not for every one but I found them so helpful when my babies were little . So long as you wait till they can hold their own head and neck up sometime after 4 months usually .

All my babies got to the stage where they wanted to sit up all the time , I found putting them in a bumbo kept them happy so I could do the washing up or feed there siblings. I used them ever day once I started baby led weaning , specially once they come with a cute little tray included. I could pop all sorts in from of them and when they were done making a crazy mess I could put the whole thing in the bath to clean. But I have to give one warning , no matter which child I put almost every time acted like a comfy potty and they would poop all up there back and often ended up in the bath too.

On a serious note remember NEVER put a bumbo seat on a raised surface it’s extremely dangerous as some skinny babies have popped out and fallen from heights.
